President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo: The Most Traveled President

President Arroyo is racking up more frequent flyer miles abroad with her latest trip to Libya. This is her 73rd foreign trip during her adminstartion.
Despite criticisms about her apparent obsession for foreign travels at the expense of public funds and the lavish dinners in La Cirque and Bobby Van's. PGMA leaved the country yesterday and went to Libya.
The Libyan trip is a state visit upon the invitation of Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi to attend the 40th Anniversary of the Great Al Fateh Revolution. This means the expense is shouldered by the inviting government.
