With sisters Janice and Gelli De Belen plus the bubbly Carmina Villaroel on board on this daily morning talk show. SiS revolves around the lighter, more interesting and entertaining side of people, places and events.The shows takes place with Parenting, useful tips, relevant issues and trends.The show was conceptualized by GMA executives in 2001 who wanted a different approach to typical morning talk shows seen on TV. At that time, the 10:30 to 11:30 am slot was lorded over by rival network ABS-CBN which had produced top-rating morning talk shows like Mel & Jay,Today with Kris Aquino, and Talk TV (which was on air at the time SiS was conceived). At that time, GMA was catching up on ABS-CBN through Show and Tell, Katok mga Misis!, Partners Mel and Jay, Brunch with Bing and Michelle, and D! Day.
The show owes its success to its creative staff who has never ceased to think of ways to make the TV show interesting to audiences. Although there were claims that "Sis" has lost its luster following competing show "Homeboy"'s critical and commercial acclaim, all of it was put into rest following the latter show's cancellation. As of July 2007, "Sis" now faces stiff competition from ABS-CBN's "Boy & Kris" featuring the Philippines' King of Talk Boy Abunda (from Homeboy) and Philippines' Queen of Talk Kris Aquino but ABS-CBN decided to cancel the latter due to low ratings proving that SIS is the morning talkshow leader.

I learned how to customize my template and i learned how to put more colors into it by placing widgets like background music, animation and more. I started joining some social medium and meet some online friends. Through this social media and community, i discovered that there are lot of things i can do with my blog that will give me more fun and excitement. Then i finally discovered how to earn extra bucks and that is to advertise on blogs. At first, i was a bit confused of how blog advertising works until someone taught me how. KATRINA HALILI SUES MRS. KHO FOR LIBEL

Katrina Halili on Friday pressed libel charges against the mother of Dr. Hayden Kho at the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office.Mrs. Kho has accused Halili of introducing drugs to her son. She also accused talent manager Lolit Solis of instructing the actress to shed tears before television cameras to gain sympathy.Halili’s lawyers Raymond Palad and Mamyrlito Tan proceeded to the prosecutor’s office from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), where Halili was supposed to undergo a drug test.Tan explained that the supposed drug test was canceled to give way to the filing of charges against Kho’s mother.“Pero instead na i-cancel yung meeting for invitation, nag-attend pa rin kami sa PDEA nagkaroon naman ng magandang pag-uusap [but instead of postponing the meeting, we still attended it]," Tan said.vThe drug test would be rescheduled.

HAYDEN KHO AND KATRINA HALILI SENATE FACE OFF

Hayden Kho and Katrina Halili are now in the Senate for their public hearing of the sex scandal issue. I was appalled after hearing how Hayden Kho described his relationship with Katrina. According to the Dr. Kho the relationship was all about “Drugs and sex, drugs and sex.” To which Katrina replied “Minahal ko si Hayden”.
When Kho looked back at her, she broke down and told Kho “Kapal ng mukha mo nakakatingin ka pa sa akin (You even have the face to look at me!)”. Senators have to call for a break after tensions mounted.
After showing immense interest in the

controversy, the Filipino public now expects that they will be treated as mature members of our society whose guidance and decision is not sought only during election time but in critical moments like this where public sensibility will be seriously offended if they will be shut out of information over an issue that will surely affect the future direction of this country.
Apparently some guy decided to splash water at Hayden Kho. It was said that the man behind that incident was a former police and mayor. There are rumors that it was scripted and some says its due to extreme anger because of what Dr Kho did.

SLUM DUNK

Slum Dunk is currently aired at GMA as one of its Morning Anime. Slam Dunk centers around Hanamichi Sakuragi, who starts as a delinquent outcast, becoming the leader of a gang. Hanamichi, being very unpopular with girls, has been rejected by them fifty times. Yet, he finds out that Haruko Akagi is the girl of his dreams, and is happy when she's not scared of him like all the other girls he has asked out.Haruko Akagi, who recognizes Hanamichi's athleticism, introduces him to the Shohoku basketball team. Hanamichi was reluctant to join the team at first because he had no previous background in any sports and thought that basketball was a game for losers (also because the fiftieth girl rejected him for a basketball player). Sakuragi, despite his immaturity and hot temper, proves to be a natural athlete with potential and joins the team in order to impress Haruko and prove that he is worthy of her. Kaede Rukawa — Sakuragi's bitter rival (both on the basketball court and love, even when Rukawa doesn't acknowledge Haruko's crush on him), the star rookie and a "girl magnet" - joins the team at the same time. Hisashi Mitsui, an ex-junior high school MVP, and Ryota Miyagi , a short but fast player, both also rejoin the team and together these four struggle to complete team captain Takenori Akagi's dream of making Shohoku the national champion. Together, these misfits gain publicity and the once little known Shohoku basketball team becomes an all-star contender in Japan.

ONE PIECE

This Anime was currently aired at GMA.A boy named Monkey D. Luffy, inspired by his childhood hero "Red-Haired" Shanks, sets out on a journey to find One Piece, the legendary treasure of the Pirate King, Gold Roger. To accomplish this, he must reach the end of the most deadly and dangerous ocean: The Grand Line. Luffy captains the Straw Hat Pirates first through the sea of East Blue and then through the Grand Line. He follows the path of the deceased Pirate King, Gold Roger, from island to island on his way to the great treasure One Piece. On his way his crew grows to have a swordsman, a navigator, a sniper, a cook, a doctor, an archaeologist, a shipwright, and a musician. During the course of the story, the crew contend with both other less moral pirate crews and the Navy. The latter are the subordinates of the World Government, who apparently seek justice by ending the Golden Age of Pirates. Many background story elements involve the delicate balance of power between the World Government and the world's most powerful pirate crews.

Cho Hatsumei Boy Kanipan is a continued story from Hatsumei Boy Kanipan. Kanipan is now a teenager, and still a famous inventor. But one day, a mysterious ship fell from the sky and crashed at a beach. Inside was a female humanoid that has forgotten all about herself. It is up to Kanipan to revive the humanoid's memory, and he accidentally discover that his planet is in great danger as he strived...

POKEMON

This Anime was aired every Mondays to fridays at GMA. The anime follows the quest of the main character, Ash Ketchum (known as Satoshi in Japan) a Pokémon Master in training, as he and a small group of friends travel around the fictitious world of Pokémon along with their Pokémon partners. His first (and signature) Pokémon is a Pikachu.Accompanying Ash on his journeys are Brock, the Pewter City Gym Leader, and Misty, the youngest of the Gym Leader sisters from Cerulean City. Currently the Pokemon was on its next series based on the second generation of game Johto League Champions,following the original trio of Ash, Brock, and Misty in the western Johto region.
