Office Renovation

We had relocation in the office and i am so disappointed to the office room where i am assigned. It is nothing but a mess! The table is broken, the lights are not functioning properly and the ventilation system keeps on failing. I don’t know if my boss hates me that much or what for putting me in such useless office. But of course, i have to be professional no matter what. I guess i just have to redecorate the room and make it more appealing again. I have to start fixing the tables by hiring someone to fix it. Then, i have to look for some stylish contemporary lighting online to replace the old one. I will also look for a paint color that will match up with my furniture inside. And of course, i will ask someone to fix the ventilation system for me. Yikes! I guess this renovation will definitely ruin my budget for this month but of course, i am doing this for my own benefits as well.

When Beyonce Hits Manila

I was there when Beyonce Knowles visited Manila and held a concert last November 7, 2007. The event was very successful and the crowd is terribly huge. I was lucky enough to reserve my seat with the help of my friends. I am really not that big big fan of Beyonce but i certainly love her music. In fact, i have some of her hits in my media player like “Listen”, “Crazy in Love”, “De Javu”, and “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it). I used to listen to her music and i am absolutely amazed how powerful her vocal is. The event was a part of the “Beyonce Experience Tour” at that time. It is the first time the Filipino fans caught a glimpse of Rnb’s hottest property. Time really run out so fast and i just can’t imagine that it’s been three years now. A lot have change. Beyonce was married to Rapper Jay Z and now there’s a rumor saying that she is pregnant. Beyonce denied the issue but i strongly believe that she is just hiding it just like what she did with her marriage with Jay Z which is held so secretly. I actually went to a Voting site, voteroll.com to support this issue. When the issue dominates the internet, this may force her to speak the truth about her pregnancy.

Pilipinas Win na Win is Quite Disappointing

I am quite disappointed with ABS CBN newest noontime show, Pilipinas Win Na Win. Well, after replacing the controversial show of Willie Revillame which is the Wowowee, Pilipinas Win na Win received a lot of negative reviews. Pilipinas Win na win was originally top billed by Robin Padilla and Kris Aquino and the older cast of Wowowee including Pokwang, Valerie Conception and Mariel Rodriguez. Then after the controversial wedding of Robin and Mariel, they soon resigned as hosts of the said noon time show. Then days after, it is Kris Aquino who also left the show leaving Pokwang and the rest of the gang. Then just recently, they replace Kris with four hitmakers namely Rico J Puno, Marco Sison, Rey Valera, and Nonoy Zuniga. Well, i am nothing against these singers but it's just that, hosting is not their genre and i find the show quite boring. No wonder Pilipinas Win na Win suffers from their ratings. Anyway, justhope they could do something better for the show.

Semestral Break

I am currently taking my semestral break and finally, I was able to relax and free my self from those theses, daily exams, research paper and more. Of course, I do not want to stay idle inside our house so I try to do some activity to keep myself away from boredom and to keep me busy too. Natutulog Pa Ang Diyos: Movie Review

I had a chance to watch Studio 23's Lunch Box Office last Monday. The movie "Natutulog Pa ang Diyos" touches my heart and i know other viewers felt the same way after watching the film. Natutulog Pa ang Diyos is top billed by Lorna Tolentino. The story is all about Gillian (Lorna Tolentino) who has been mistreated by her parents. The story started with Aling Patriya (Gina Pareño) and Aling Rose, who are both laboring on the same Van. Mang Bernardo,(one of the fathers) intentionally exchange their kids, believing that it can help their son Andrew( Ricky Davao) to live a better life as he grow old. Everything goes with Mang Bernardo's plan. Andrew grew as a happy go lucky guy while Gillian went to a very poor condition with Aling Patriya and Mang Brenardo. Gillian has been treated so unfair by her parents. Aling Patriya even came to a point where she is forcing Gillian to work as a Bellas on a bar. Mark (Gary V) enters the
scene who serve as Gillian's protector and shoulder-to-count on to Gillian. They became very close to each other. Andrew soon find out that he is not the real son of Aling Rose and Mang Mike after it Mang Bernardo revealed it to him. Mang Bernardo soon forced his son to court and ask Gillian to marry him so that they can still save themselves from poverty. Their plans failed, Andrew was accidentally shot by Gillian. At the hospital, while Andrew is on a critical condition, Aling Patriya revealed the truth in front on Aling Rose. Mark and Gillian get married and after all her experiences with Aling Patriya and Mang Bernardo, Gillian soon forgive them and even invite them at their wedding. The story is so great and it aims to deliver the message of forgiveness and hope. (Rate 10/10)

Touring Europe is my Dream

It's always been a dream to me to visit Europe . I would love to visit some of its great places. Well, we all know that Europe is one of the most wonderful places in the world. It is one of the most romantic tourist destination. Europe is known for its historical and wonderful buildings and architectures. Most of those architectures are said to be highly influenced by Renaissance and medieval culture. How i wish i would have a chance to tour the place via St Pancras International, a railway station heading from UK to Europe. I also have relatives working in Europe and i am hoping to meet them in person someday by visiting their place.

GMA's top rated program entitled "Pilyang Kerubin" top billed by Barbie Forteza and Joshua Dionisio. After Lanie (played by Ina Feleo) was tempted and betrayed by Aroo(John Lapus) to sign a contract. Charity tried to save her mother's soul by offering her self to Aroo

Aroo tells Charity that she was too late to save her mother. Charity offers her soul in exchange for her mother's. Aroo and Azura agree, but later cheats them by taking Charity's soul AND her mother's. Lanie tries to talk the two demons into letting her daughter go because she is not part of the deal they made. God was happy with Lanie's sacrifice and offers Lanie a place in heaven. Lanie says good bye to her daughter and asks her to tell Arman that she loves him and has learned to let go of Arman. Afterwards, Lanie is taken to heaven, But Charity's wings were taken away because she still has missions to do. Charity starts to blame herself for her mother's death, but Arman tells her not to blame herself. Charity tells Arman what Lanie told her. Melissa and Michael arrive at Lanie's funeral to offer their condolences. Afterwards, in heaven, San Pedro, Elijah, Noah, and Angelica watch Arman and Melissa's wedding. Elijah narrates that Arman's working partners Lito and Rosalie are now a couple after Rosalie saves Lito's life when they attacked Jonas when Jonas kidnapped Melissa. Aaron still hasn't admitted to Isabel that he loves her. Michael and Charity's friendship grew stronger and are helping each other in Charity's missions to regain her wings. During the ceremony, Aaron admits to Isabel that he loves her, but Isabel didn't hear him, so Michael and Charity say it for Aaron. Michael puts his arm around Charity, but Angelica appears to both of them, warning Michael not to do that because she is Charity's guardian angel, while Noah also appears to both of them telling Michael how unlucky he is because Angelica is a strict guardian angel. Michael starts praying to God to apologize and because he thinks he is being haunted. I rate this show 3 out of 5. The story line failed to show continuity. After several missions, the story seems forwarded too fast. Nevertheless, i can't say nothing against the actors and casts of Pilyang Kerubin. But if i will compare the show to ABS-CBN's "May Bukas Pa", i will still go for May Bukas Pa.

Well Prepared

I never thought that cars and automotive and other related stuffs would become one of my interests. It all started after a friend of mine introduced me his brand new car. He showed me everything from one detail to another. I was pretty amazed of his car and dreamed that someday, i could buy one for myself. From then on, i became very interested with care. I began searching some useful information about it including the responsibilities of a car owner and his duties to protect his car against any damages and ways to improve his car performance. A good engine plays a very important role in improving your car performance. In order for your engine to function well, it is advisable to have your engine checked from time to time. The exhaust systems for example, should be cleaned in a regular interval to avoid any malfunctions; it is also advisable to use stainless steel exhaust for superior quality and great driving experience. I don't have a car of my own yet but i am proud to say that i am well prepared for it. I know that i can be a responsible car owner and i will do my best to take care of my car.

Awareness about Sex

It’s been a month now after the classes in all school levels just got started but there are still many questions that the Department of Education needs to answer. These hanging questions include the undying topic about “Sex Education”. There have been ongoing debates whether Sex Education should be included as one of the Academic curriculum or not. Well, as a Teacher, I am in favor with this so that kids and teens are aware what does sex education means. I guess, the main reason why all parent are worried about this “Sex Education” is because of the term “Sex” itself which brought nothing but confusion to others. Well, this is nothing to deal with the physical sex or any related stuffs including Sex Toys or what so ever. It is more of discussing family planning and risks of having sex which may includes how to avoid sexually transmitted diseases like Syphilis, bacterial vaginosis, HIV and more. We should all be aware about sex and all the risks, responsibility, and benefits and disadvantages of it in every individual.

I am now a big fan of Jed Madela and now tracking all his hits, previous and presents. Well, i know who Jed Madela is but after hearing his very extra ordinary vocals as he celebrate his birthday at ASAP XV. Oh my, my jaw dropped to the groud as he hit the high notes of the very notable song from Broadway musical "Phantom of the Opera. Jed sang "Phantom of the Opera-Angel of music".
