my experience and tips
stand in front of wall keep ur palms on wall..ur one feet (on floor)away from wall at the distance of 6,7 inch's and other one 12 inches. and than bend slightly without bending ur back and u will feel the stretch in ur calf muscles. and later with reverse feet setting
